NATIONAL I-CORPS™ PROGRAM
The National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps™ Program is a seven week hands-on course that prepares teams of scientists and engineers to identify and access commercial opportunities that can emerge from academic research and gain entrepreneurship skills through customer discovery training and guidance from established entrepreneurs. Acquire entrepreneurship skills and learn commercialization hurdles

Gain perspective on the market, industry, and customers

Increase their probability of successful commercialization

Decrease their commercialization time frame

Significantly increase their likelihood of SBIR/STTR funding
Teams that complete the National I-Corps™ Program receive a $50,000 grant to fund further customer discovery.
Phase 0
Phase 0 is an exciting new initiative from the National Science Foundation to support technology teams in their customer discovery journeys.
